FCS Naren Shroff has over 30 years of experience in the field of corporate secretarial and compliance of various corporate laws including Company Law, Securities Law, Reserve Bank of India Regulations and Foreign Exchange Laws.
He has experience in handling various matters relating to corporate compliance including monitoring compliance of Companies Act, 2013/1956 and Rules made thereunder, SEBI Regulations including Listing Regulations, Takeover Regulations, Insider Trading Regulations, ESOP Regulations, Secretarial Audit, other certification under SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure) Regulations, 2015.
He has played a crucial role in assisting multinational companies in establishing their wholly owned subsidiaries in India, providing invaluable advice on time bound compliances with relevant corporate laws
